About The Role:

Are you a compassionate, patient-focused nurse interested in making clinical research more accessible? We’re looking for a dedicated Remote Clinical Trial Nurse to help patients understand clinical trial opportunities, navigate the enrollment process, and feel supported throughout their clinical trial journey.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted resource for patients by providing education, answering questions within your scope of practice, and helping connect interested individuals with appropriate clinical trial opportunities.

 

Through compassionate communication and ongoing support, you’ll help patients feel informed, confident, and empowered to explore clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Education & Support: Explain clinical trials in clear, patient-friendly language and help patients understand the general purpose, process, and potential next steps.

• Patient Outreach: Contact individuals who have expressed interest in clinical trials and assess their general interests, questions, and needs.

• Trial Navigation: Help patients identify potentially relevant clinical trial opportunities based on their stated interests and available study information.

• Enrollment Coordination: Support patients through initial screening, referrals, and connections with clinical research sites and study teams.

• Ongoing Communication: Follow up with patients, answer general questions, and provide guidance on next steps throughout the navigation process.

• Care Coordination: Communicate with clinical research coordinators, investigators, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a smooth patient experience.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, interests, follow-ups, and referral status in designated systems.

• Patient Advocacy: Help reduce barriers to understanding clinical research by providing a supportive, respectful, and patient-centered experience.

• Privacy & Compliance: Follow applicable privacy requirements, organizational policies, and clinical research guidelines when handling patient information.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Experience in patient education, care coordination, clinical research, or a related clinical setting preferred. (A plus: Experience in specialty fields like Oncology, Pediatrics, etc.)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical information in an accessible way.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

• Comfortable communicating with patients by phone, email, and virtual platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects and coordinate day-to-day execution across teams, clients, and external partners. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, streamline workflows, and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment. Experience in healthcare, clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively implement solutions.

• Ensure project deliverables meet established timelines, quality standards, and objectives.

Team & Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating communication among internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and follow-up discussions.

• Clearly communicate expectations, responsibilities, deadlines, and project updates to all stakeholders.

• Maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely resolution of questions or concerns.

Workflow & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain standardized project management processes, documentation, and tracking systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication, and team collaboration.

• Create and maintain project trackers, status reports, and performance metrics.

• Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes to improve project delivery.

Clinical Research & Healthcare Operations

• Coordinate projects related to clinical trial awareness, patient outreach, recruitment initiatives, and clinical research site needs.

• Track project requirements, deliverables, and timelines across multiple clinical trial or client engagements.

• Coordinate the development and implementation of project materials, campaigns, and operational resources.

• Ensure project activities follow applicable organizational policies, privacy requirements, and approved processes.

Reporting & Accountability

• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deliverables are completed and properly tracked.

• Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

​

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in project management, operations, client services, or a related role.

• Experience managing multiple projects, competing deadlines, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accountability and follow-through.

• Healthcare, clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
