EASY REFERRAL
To request a service, simply generate a requisition that includes patient’s name, patient's date of birth, contact information, and service requested.
We have worked with a number of physicians who has different workflows.
We have found 2 ways that work well for many physicians & their offices: fax & online upload.

QUICK FOLLOW UPS
After sending the requisition to Hi-Rx, you should receive confirmation from us that we have received your referral. Every request goes through a thorough review by our team. This helps us make sure that we have the complete information necessary for the request. If there is anything missing, we will make sure to reach out to you.

This confirms that we have received your Rx and that it passed our review process.
Booked!
This confirms that we have booked the request you have sent.
Unable To Proceed
If for any reason that we were unable to proceed with your request, we will let you know why and how to proceed.
HIGH - QUALITY CARE
A highly-qualified Medical Professional arrives promptly at the requested time and date of the patient.
The service is performed, and (if necessary) the samples are delivered at the location that is best for the physician/patient. The results are communicated back to the physician the exact same way as if the patient had gotten the service in a more traditional way.
