This is performed to collect urine that provides information about your health.

Ask your doctor:
You will need to ask your doctor for a laboratory requisition that states the test needed. Your doctor can either fax it to 860 - 532 - 1922 or drop the order here.

Keep in mind:
The results of your urine test go straight to the ordering physician. If you have any questions about your results, please follow up with your doctor.

Hi-Rx can help pick-up the specimen and deliver it to your preferred laboratory.

Keep in mind:
When our Hi-Rx specialist goes to pick up your specimen, please make sure it is sealed well and ready to go. We will have it transported to your preferred laboratory right after your appointment.
