Hi-Rx enables health organizations to adjust to the ebbs & flows of labor needs by providing access to on-demand medical contractors, with no minimum or maximum time requirements.

Hi-Rx was founded with the patient in mind, with the goal of making routine medical services more convenient and accessible.

Hi-Rx provides white glove service to the patients we work with, prioritizing exceptional care while paying close attention to hospitality.

Russell Bar

Russell works full time as the CEO of Hi-Rx. As a student of Lean Startup, Russell's mission is position and scale Hi-Rx.​

Russell focuses on both managing & maintaining the daily operations, as well as the overarching strategy and startup roadmap.

Katherine "Kaye" Macabuag Bar

Kaye is the healthcare brain at Hi-Rx, and her mission is to engineer the safest & highest quality process.

 

In her 10 year nursing career, she has over 4 years of managerial experience and has gained deep experience in process design, ambulatory operations, and healthcare informatics.
