The MD drop box is for physicians submitting Rx for a patient that has already been in communication with a Hi-Rx agent. All you need to do is submit an Rx and we will take care of the rest.
The MD referral form should be completed by physicians acting as the first point of contact with Hi-Rx. You will be asked to input the contact information of your patient so that we can reach out and schedule their visit.
